I gave it one start only because there's no option to give 0 star. This is the worst salon ever. They are extremely unprofessional, and don't know what they are doing. The first time I went to get my nails done. It took them 2.5 hours. they kept gluing and taking them off repeatedly. And by the time they were done, my nails looked fat and ugly. I had to go to a different place just the next day to get them ripped and redone. Such a pain! The second time I went in it was only for my eyebrows. I figured they cannot screw that up. But but was i wrong! The woman who did my eyebrows was clearly lost. She would disappear for 5-6 minutes while I sat with my eyes closed, pulling my eyebrows with two hands. She didn't even have the courtesy to excuse herself. I would open my eyes to see her gone. By the time she was done, my eyebrows looked worse than before. I had to ask her to stop, borrowed their tweezers and cleaned the eyebrows myself. I was there for more than 40mins just for that. They still charged me the whole price. Worst place ever. Please don't waste your money.

Get my eyebrows threaded here by a Indian lady that speaks Portuguese ! She's AMAZING !!! Been doing my eyebrows with her since April !

I went for color, cut and blow dry. I highly recommend this salon. The place was clean and my stylist Karla was very professional . I gave the pic of the cut I wanted and she did it to perfection. Can't wait to return

I have been a customer since November of 2014. The nail salon is always kept cleaned and immaculate. I was skeptical of the gel manicure process, but I will admit that these wonderful manicurist have won me over. A gel manicure is suppose to last up until 2 weeks. I have gone as far as 3 weeks and it still looks great. Kudos to the ladies at Zizi in Harrison, NJ. .You all are rock stars!!! XOXO

I really love how they do my eyebrows here...but not everyone. I only like 2 ladies; one seems to be the owner and the other is young and pretty. Only them two are good. There is another older lady who is not good and does not know how to work my eyebrows (they are thick). I feel that you are not given a chance to say which threader you want, they kind of push her towards you which makes me very uncomfotable to say no, i want the other person because I end up feeling bad, agree to have her thread me and then leave totally unhappy. i have even considered not going to this salon anymore just because of this but it's hard to find threaders around that area. So I guess im gonna have to be a B the next time and just tell her no, I want someone else.
