Sales persons do not know the description of their products, and provide misleading information about famous companies; treat their customers in a very rude manner. The cook-ware company gives 30 years guaranty but the merchandise I purchased at Zig-n-Zag was damaged after the first use. 100% fake products are sold in this store.
