I called ZeroBlue today regarding issues I've been having with Socket Mobile's Bluetooth Barcode Scanner and FileMaker Pro. Agnes is the most kind and helpful service technician/consultant out there! ZeroBlue's hourly rates were a little too pricey (especially for us since we are a developing company in the 3D Printing Industry). After expressing this to her through an online chat window, she offered me a free 20 minute call and genuinely went out of her way to help me!! I am forever grateful and am so happy that there are woman like her in the tech industry. People like Agnes really help restore my faith in humanity. She is absolutely wonderful and truly wants nothing more than to help others.
I definitely will use her again in the future when our company officially launches (that way, we will have the funds to pay her!) =)
