Very unorganized ... This is a no no... Save yourself. They are unorganized, the workers are rude af. They will have standing in line to change vouchers for tickets and again in line to board the boat.

Amazing cruise around the east river and New York harbour. Great for groups, couples and singles! Music was a bit dated but otherwise this was awesome!

Die Champagner-Cruise am Abend lohnt sich wirklich bei gutem Wetter. Der Champagner ist war Sekt und das auch nur in einem Mini-Plastik-Becher, doch die Stimmung ist gut, man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhatten und Lady Liberty.
Die Tour ist nur auf englisch möglich.

The Zephyr Zucks !!
First they up sell the tickets and lie to you in the street and when you get there you'll have to wait for about three hours and endure bad attitude.
The boat ride is just average. But not worth all the hassle.
TIP:
Find the smallest boat that actually disembarks at The Statue of Liberty and then go see other attractions individually.
