Sensei Lou is an incredibly nice man. He is very knowledgeable and keeps the class motivated. I have watched the childrens classes too and they look like they are having safe fun. I wish he was around when i was a child. I know i learned a lot and value the time spent. I moved away and can't train with him but I feel privileged to have been his student.
