Went in for a bottom bracket adjustment. They had to add a spacer and file down some hardware. Other shops would have charged extra, but Zen did not. My bike is solid as a rock now. They also gratis tightened my brakes and cleaned up some cabling that I had done myself (poorly). Those kind of little things make a big difference. Best bike shop in NYC, in my opinion
