Very poor customer service I went there to purchase a slice of cake . Waiting for the cashier to record my purchase .The SUPERVISOR counting the register like I'm not even standing there . The lady kept smiling
But I wasn't , So I said excuse me is this how you treat your customers have you wait
He look at me and continued to count REALLY

I love the m&m and black and white cookies from here but i would dtay away from buying their popcorn because its usually made and bagged early and tends to be cold.The prices are high but thats because they are located in Newark penn station

They have amazing bagels n blueberries muffin..I m badly addicted to them..though their other bakery items like chocolate cake sucks..must visit place
