You can tell a lot about a store by its dressing rooms. The line was short but I watched the rep refuse to acknowledge people in front of me. When it was my turn, she had a staredown with me before walking me to a curtained stall. The stall had a bunch of tissues on the floor. Not sure what happened and don't want to know. When I came out, she yelled at me that I was supposed to be in another stall. Huh?! You walked me here, woman. I was so annoyed with the "service" that if not for the perfect skirt that I tried on, I would have thrown the rest of my clothes down and walked out. At checkout, the rep was busy making fun of a fussy customer, who didn't speak much English, with another rep that he didn't even say one word to me. Then, store associates wonder why they're getting replaced with machines. I'd much rather deal with a machine at this point. Such a shame because this Zara is in a great location and is generally very clean.

So glad they opened a location here. Makes the street more beautiful. Wonderful clothes.

Pretty ineffectual customer service. They say, there's no need to curse but it actually is the only way to get anyone to pay attention to you.

Disgusting service, When I line up to pay, those who ignore the customer queuing, and talking with another employee，without saying hello and just rolled up your clothes put into the bag. Horrible

Worst customer service of all the Zara's in the city.

Ordered online to pick up in store. I love being ignored and then waiting for 25 minutes for them to bring me half the order and then another 10 for the rest of it. It's so cool when they treat you like you're worthless.
