I've been a costumer of Zara for more than 6 years and I've have had bad experiences with some shirts but 90 % of them are still in my closet and I love them, just realized that some materials need the care specified on the tag. Love the styles the colors and materials they use, I give a 5 stars

Love this shop. They always have the cutest clothing on trend and fairly inexpensive.

No one ever seems to know what they are talking about at this store. If you want to shop with Zara, definitely go to their flagship store at 52/5. Much better service.

Very poor service. I bought a dress for $90 ..fitting is really bad..I want exchange it....have the tag on but lost the receipt..the receipt is a tiny little piece of paper and I dropped it somewhere......and they wont give me a store credit...very disappointed..will never recommend to nyone
