I would have given him a ZERO if it was possible. This shop doesn't even deserve that one start. I went there for inspection and they said that I have to fix so many things that made no sense. I decided to do it anyway because I needed this inspection. They ended up not fixing these things right. I went back so many times to get these things fixed but they never got it right. They installed used parts. They were very disrespectful and ignorant. FIND ANOTHER SHOP TO DO THE WORK FOR YOU. If you have no other options, make sure you do not pay the whole amount until all the work is done right.

The service is horrible. Overcharged a customer....

horrible place, parts took 2 weeks to come, it was a used. I was not told before hand that it was going to be used. The part was hooked on the car inappropriately & they refused to give me my money back. disrespectful individuals.

I went there to change the muffler but came out 2 hours later with the same thing. half an hour before they close the manager/owner comes up with wrong parts. It looked like he wanted to make it work buy cutting some of the old parts but that wasn't going to work with me. At the beginning he gave me a price and at the end comes up that it is going to cost more. At least if your going to say a price or do the job make sure you keep your word or at least mention upfront of any changes that will come up.
As the manager/owner he should be responsible for his act not talk behind my back to his employees. If your going to talk behind my back at least do were i cant hear you.

At the end when i was about to leave he had courage to say dont you ever come back again like i would ever consider after that horrible experience.

There are a lot of auto repairs on 42nd street or 43rd street just a heads up and are very reasonable on its price.
