Very happy with my experience.
I went to Zaloom based on a recommendation from a friend and I was not disapointed.
My engine seemed to be on its last miles when I brough my car in, but whatever they did to fix it worked out great because the issue completely went away.
Ed took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what repairs were needed.
They also did a free checkup and pointed out an unrelated issue with my muffler (it was about to fall in the street due to a heavily corroded bracket) and they recommended a muffler repair shop that could handle the specialized welding required, and where I also ended up being very satisfied. This advice probably saved me the cost of a new muffler.
The staff at Zaloom was very friendly and inspired confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Amazing customer service, I was attended to immediately they are kind and curtious professional Mechanics who are dedicated to there customers. I had great experiences every time I went. A lil pricey but the job gets done. And they are also Christians like me whom I can trust telling the truth and honest. I dropped my car off in the morning and went to work let's just say when i got back to the island my car wasn't looked at. I was there for a oil change also to try the place out cause a friend recommended me there! But it's a joke! So just a FYI DNT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH A REPAIR SHOP EVEN IF A FRIEND RECOMMENDED THE SHOP BECAUSE IF YOUR PHYSICALLY NOT THERE THEY DNT CARE! but the manager did call me back to apologize!

The customer service was amazing! I was greeted and automatically attended to. The guys are very knowledgeable, caring, and honestly.... They are awesome! Thank you guys so much. It was truly an honor. I totally recommend Zaloom's auto repair. ❤️❤️

I have been going over to zalooms for about a long time and just now im posting a review about them. They are absolutely the best mechanics I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They always take care of me and always at the most fair price. Today I brought my car so that they could install my passenger side mirror. After the job was done, Joe asks me how much I wanted to pay for it. Im like your kidding right? He said no and just name my price. So i said anything less than $50. He laughs and says so $49.99?.
And I said no way. So I might as well ask big and go all the way. I said make it free. And then Joe said ok it will be free. Can you imagine that? A got a job done for free !!!
They are absolutely the best and I have no complaints from them. They ALWAYS take care of me and their customers. I absolutely recommend Zalooms to anyone. They are simply the best down to earth honest people you will ever meet.
