Yeah, the sales associates in this store act like they don’t want to work there. I went there to buy my wife’s wedding ring and had to wait 45 minutes to speak to someone. There were 4 people in the store and it wasn’t even a holiday season. I should have left, but I am busy person and wanted to get the ring she wanted there. They need to take some customer service classes. If you must go to a Zales, go to the one on 142 W 34th St in NY, NY. They know about great customer service and at least don’t make you feel bad giving them your money. I wish the Zales in Parkchester would just close already and open up what the areas needs – a decent, healthy restaurant. On the several times I’ve been in this store it has been relatively empty and trust me it isn’t because of the ailing economy!
