Zaharia Veronica MD

dr. zaharia has been my primary care physician for over a decade, ever since i moved to nyc just under 11 years ago. she has helped me out so much over the years, it is hard to try to think of exactly what to start writing about. there are so many things. i have had nothing but wonderful experiences with dr. z, and this is due to her caring, thorough, and kind treatment of myself and all of her patients. she genuinely cares about people, and this is quite obvious in everything she does - from the amount of individual time and attention she gives each and every visit when treating each and every one of us, to her reassuring and positive "bedside manner" and how she just makes you feel like you are somebody instead of "just another patient". as a person of size, dr. zaharia's kindness and high level of expertise and professionalism are a welcome change and contrast to the sometimes cold, sterile and often judgmental new york urban landscape / the medical landscape at large. thank goodness there are still doctors out there who genuinely CARE about people xoxo dr. z is the best, and i consider myself super lucky to have found her xoxo
