I bought a Zagg screen protector at Best Buy. Within a week the screen protector started to peel off. I called up Zagg to ask for a refund, but they insisted on replacing my screen protector. I went with the dry screen protector this time, however I had to pay $4 for shipping which I thought was fair. The screen protector was suppose to come April 4th, however it did not show up. I called up Zagg again to speak with a manager. I asked the manager where is my package? She said they ran out of the screen protectors in their warehouse. I asked how do you run out of your own screen protectors? She said sorry for the inconvenience. She said she will upgrade the shipping for free. I thought that was fair. Once I got the second screen protector that started peeling off in less than 24 hours. I called up Zagg again to ask them for my money back, however, they did give me my money back for the shipping, but not the $27 screen protector that I bought at Best Buy. Best Buy will not refund me my money back because I shipped the screen protector back to Zagg. Zagg should give me my $27 dollars back. When I spoke to Zagg a third time they offer to ship me their glass screen protector for free. The glass screen protector cost $54. I just got it yesterday, it finally sticks to my phone, but the screen is now very unresponsive due to the screen protector. Zagg is a disgrace all I want is my money back now. I will never buy another Zagg product again!!
