ZAGAT GIFT CARD FRAUD
Was given a $100.00 gift card by a coworker a while ago.
Went to use it and found out that the card is not valid and the program has been discontinued.
Tried to contact ZAGAT by email and phone.many times. All attempts ignored.
Wrote to NYC Department of Consumer Protection and they had the same result.
Card went into garbage.

Your latest survey is a huge disappointment because of the way you categorize the locations. I depend on this index to find restaurants near the play or movie I'm seeing. Instead of listing a restaurant as E 50s (2nd & 3rd ave), which you did in the 2014 survey, you now list it as E 50s midtown. This is no help at all.

Lively spot. Can be noisy. The merluza, a delicate fish, was very good. Convenient for Joyce theater.
