My experience was absolutely top notch. Ali provides an unmatched level of attentiveness and care to each and every one of his customers. I was assisted in picking out a pair of glasses that perfectly fit my needs and subsequently Ali helped me to repair the glasses (free of charge) later on when a concern arose. My daughter broke my Mom's last pair of glasses. It was a Sunday. Therefore, we didn't have many options. We went to WalMart to repair them. But, they didn't want to touch them since they were rimless and very fragile. I was just driving by Zac'soptical later that day and thought to give it a shot. At first, i didn't have the actual glasses. Ali was very welcoming and suggested that i bring him the pair to see what he can do. He even stayed late for me to bring it and took the time to repair it, adjust it, and clean it. Ali is very miticulous in his work and a true professional. I would highly recommend Zac's Optical and Ali in particular for his positive attitude and great work ethics.

I just purchased my first pair of glasses from Zac's. The service was great and the staff was very helpful with my questions and concerns. The service was even faster too, I previously went to a different eye glass shop and was told that it would take a week to fill out my order. I stopped my Zac's later and found a pair of glasses that I really like at a much affordable price. I would 100% recommend going to Zac's Optical regarding anything with eyeware.
