YumYum Custom Cupcakes and Cakes LLC

This is my personal experience with this company. I purchased a livingsocial coupon for a cupcake bouquet. On February 9th, I ordered a 12 cupcake bouquet and 20 cake pops for my daughter's first birthday ($65 total in addition to my $20 livingsocial voucher). The cupcake bouquet was supposed to be delivered to my house on Saturday, March 3rd at 1 pm. After February 9th, I tried to call Vanessa from Yum Yum Cupcakes at least 20 times to confirm my order. I left message after message without a response. Many times the voicemail was too full to even leave a message. On Feb 29th, the wed before my daughter's party, I left yet another message indicating that I was very concerned that she had not returned my calls. On friday, March 2nd, the day before the party, Vanessa left me a voicemail apologizing for not getting back to me sooner and stating that "if I wanted to order from another place, she would understand." I called her repeatedly after this, leaving message after message that it was too late to order from another place and requesting that they deliver the cupcakes and cake pops as scheduled. I called all day saturday without a response and they never delivered anything. No one even called to make the situation right. PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION WITH THIS PLACE.
