This review is specifically regarding customer service, which is excellent. There was an issue with my order and the management handled it promptly and perfectly; I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience from this restaurant!

THE WORST!!!! BEWARE THEY HAVE CHANGED OWNERS!!!!
Last night we ordered from Yummy Yummy (delivery) and were absolutely shocked with the the food. One of the items ordered was Shrimp with Lobster Sauce... It came in a large soup container. Absolutely NO Lobster!! They used the imitation crab meat instead. When I called to inquire about the lack of lobster, I was told that they don't put lobster in the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce!! The Dragon Roll was half the size of what it usually is... and tasted disgusting!! The Spring Roll was greasy and charred (you know it must be pretty to be charred AND greasy!!!)
No one could BELIEVE the food was from Yummy Yummy!!! Because we were a group, we had ordered online rather than over the phone. So I thought that maybe the online service we used to place the order directed our order to another restaurant. I drove to Yummy Yummy to return the food we didn't touch for a refund. The manager told me they were under new ownership. (By the way, the place was deserted!!!)

the all you can eat Sushi is a deal... staff is OK, they try their best. Much better than waiting 45 mins at the place down the block!!
