They are attentive until you have a question. They renewed my policy without sending me paperwork, and increased my rate $100 with no explanation or sign off from me for approval. Law states I can shop around, yet these people took it upon themselves to renew me without my approval or signature. I've called 5 times and spoke to one person, who was going to call me back after she reviewed my policy, but never called. It's been over a week since that conversation. I am going to contact the Department of Banking and Finance if they don't contact me today, but this 1 star review stands due to the lack of customer service. I will not be working with this Your Town Insurance EVER again. I'll go direct to the vendor.
