Your Own Winery

Your Own Winery is the best! The whole wine making process is so much fun and your custom labels really add that special touch. My favorite is the Ice Wine but the Rieslings are terrific as well. Michele and Paul are really knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I’ve also attended a few events there and you couldn’t ask for a better venue. If you haven’t been, you must go!

Over the last 18 months or so, I have made three different batches here, all of which were red wines. I only have one bottle left from each of my first two batches, and I am going to age them more just to see how they age. So far, I haven't had much patience when it comes to aging wines, because after the first three months in the bottle they were all so DELICIOUS!

I hope to make a white wine in the not too distant future, and at least I won't have to age that as long as the reds. Michele is very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with, as well as her staff, and she will always accommodate your scheduling needs. I highly recommend Your Own Winery, and they will not let you make a bad batch of wine ever. It's only a few days total to make and bottle your own wine, and you can custom design your own labels, which is pretty cool. If you have not ever made your own wine, I think you will enjoy the experience, as well as the end result. Try it. You'll like it.
