I have been active on the Baridge House Board of Directors as a Treasurer and as a Secretary and have had extensive experience with management companies over the last ten or so years. I have worked closely with Young as Associates for most of that time. They have been with us through a lobby renovation, a three level parking garage renovation, resurfacing of our swimming pool and surround as well as many other smaller projects. They are very well versed in physical building issues. They attend our monthly meetings and provide needed information to the Board on issues and alternatives. Their accounting has proved accurate. Their office staff is good at handling routine matters and complaints from residents. I would be comfortable in recommending them to other condo associations.

I became President of my Association in January 2013. I have been working with Harvey and Phyllis for almost two years now. Last year our Association was putting in a new road as we are a private road and it is the responsibility of our association not the Borough. I worked with Harvey and he had a very in-depth knowledge of what challenges we faced with the road and he worked closely with the company who was installing the new road. I had many questions during the process and Harvey (and Phyllis) were never too busy to answer my questions and came to our development to meet with the contractor when necessary. In addition, during the installation of the road, they visited the site multiple times to make sure the work was being completed as agreed upon. I was always part of any meetings that took place and no one was ever too busy to answer my questions. The road came out great and we continue to work with the vendor on sealing the roadway to make sure it is properly taken care of.
Additionally, Phyllis and Jeralyn attend the board meetings to meet with the Board on a regular basis. We are updated on bills, vendors, projects on the horizon and items to be followed up on. Phyllis is very knowledgeable on all matters we need to discuss and we are now working on a new capital project to be undertaken in the next couple of years. She is assisting us with the research we need and is also never too busy to answer our questions. All questions are usually answered within 24 to 48 hours - always on a timely basis. Jeralyn follows up with us after meetings and obtains estimates from vendors as requested on a timely basis. We find them extremely easy to work with and they are always well prepared for meetings.
Our experience has been above satisfactory - I would recommend them specifically as they are very easy to work with. I have also worked with Maureen in the office who is professional and responsive to any inquiries I have had in the past.

I definitely agree! Horrible management company!! They never return phone calls, always try to get out of their responsibilities. They can't give you a straight answer on the proper procedures for home improvement (ie: turning off the water in the building for plumbing work) AVOID THIS MIS-MANAGEMENT COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

If you are looking to throw your money away to poor management that would rather argue with the unit owners than solve problems, follow bylaws, and keep property properly maintained than you have found the perfect company. Stay AWAY! Highly unethical, highly unprofessional, disastrous-owners of the company actually curse at you when they are not pleased with your issue
