Great athletic programs and instruction for Manhattan kids. Both my sons have been playing soccer and baseball with Yorkville their whole lives and they love it. Coach Matt for soccer is the man!

The soccer class we signed up for was extremely crowded with more than 30 children and only one primary coach, so very limited instruction and lots of shouting. Arlene at YYAA refuses to discuss or acknowledge any problems. We will not be going back to YYAA.

My entire family and I have found the Yorkville Youth Athletic Association to be an incredible program with great and competitive rec leagues for kids ages 6 to 18. Both my daughter and son have participated since the 2nd grade in basketball, baseball, tennis, even drama……and they’ve loved every minute of it.
They have made so many friendships through Yorkville, including some of their best friends today.
The programs are extremely organized, well run and the coaches and directors always put the kids first and make it fun for everyone.
Due to my basketball background, I got involved with coaching both my daughter and son’s teams, which has been extremely rewarding. And my wife loves coming to the games to watch everyone play.
The parent community is great and supportive. It’s one of the best youth sports programs in NYC. They make it a real community feeling. In a word…...Yorkville is “awesome”!

This league is phenomenal and provides an outlet for all of us parents on the mid/upper east side (and elsewhere in Manhattan who are willing to travel). It provides all of the benefits of a suburban "little league" across sports, in Manhattan which is not easy. They start at young levels and are capable of training kids at all skill levels, and all ages. They have unparalleled access to fields and gyms. The parent community is also great as it attracts families who are looking for similar activities for their children, run a certain way. Lastly, every season/sport/event is an amazing value compared to other semi-similar programs (there is nothing similar).

One of the best Youth Sports programs in the city of New York by far. There's something for every child from pre-k to 12th grade. They cover every sport, and even have a Drama program that puts on live shows. Programs run most of the year but not much to do in the summer.
