I'll give it a 4 bc there is always room for improvement. . They do take a long time just for an oil change but then again if u want a good job well done u have to wait. . I never had no problems n I been their customer for 2 years already n I love it. . Love you guys keep up the good work

Never again! I went here to see if I could get out of my lease earlier. I was told that I would get a call back with in a day, that never happend. I dealt with a gentleman named Wellington, when I tried to call him back he blatantly hung up on me twice! Two days later I got an email response and couldn't even understand what was said that's how bad the grammar was. I will never return here! Very unprofessional.

almost 3 hours for an oil change ..my first time doing it in the dealer...neverrrr again ..wasted of time.

I usually come to this location for maintenance for my 2013 accord.
I make it my deal to make appointments so when i show i dont have to wait..but not here it does not work that way.
me: WHy ??????? Make appointments and don't keep them i asked.
She: Oh is sat and we have a lot of customers,
me: I'm so? What's the point of appointments if I still have to wait 1.5 hours for a 5 minute oil change..
The staff is good but the way they handle appointments is unacceptable. We don't have all day thus why we made the time on the appointment. You can't honor it, then don't give it out.
You get two stars because you have a nice waiting area and you are close to all major highways.
