Whoever says that "old time" service is dead has not been to Yonkers Honda. I have been dealing with them for over 30 years. I live roughly 45 miles away and make the trip there for ALL of my service needs. From the warm welcome you receive from Gene upon arrival right through to the ladies in the office, it is an outstanding experience. It is a family run dealership and it shows in the concern that they demonstrate for their customers.

Just purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from Mike Bargallo today. What a terrific experience! This is a man who knows his product inside and out. He made the process so easy and yes, fun. He was a complete gentleman throughout. He never pressured me into making a decision, in fact he did just the opposite. He had several customers waiting for him when we returned from our test drives and he sat with me and focused completely on my questions. He worked with me on all aspects of the purchase from my auto loan to my new insurance policy. Once I had my new keys in hand, Mike spent 35 minutes with me teaching me how to program all the features of my beautiful new Accord and then called me half an hour later to make sure all was well on my long drive home. I intend to tell all my friends and family about Mike and Yonkers Honda. I'm extremely impressed and more important I'm very happy!

Just purchased a brand new 2012 crv from Mike Bargallo a week ago and I have to say the whole experience was a breeze. He was the ONLY dealer we dealt with that stated ALL the fees up front - and he still beat every other dealer. It did come about 4 days after he said it would but he threw in an extra $100 for the wait, which was awesome. As a first time purchaser of a car, I was very skeptical and apprehensive about the whole process but honestly, with Mike at the helm, I really had no reason to be. I will definitely send all my Honda buyer friends his way.

Yonkers Honda has great customer service from drop off to timely return of my vehicles. I own a Honda Accord and my daughter has a certified CRV. With both vehicles I was serviced by Service Consultant Michael Juodzevich who is extremely knowledgeable of Honda mechanical and service needs and he will answer all your questions and concerns from a simple oil change to tire rotations. He is on target with meeting my expectations of superior customer service Again, thank you Michael for your delivery of services and thank you Yonkers Honda for a wonderful customer experience in all my dealings from Yonkers sales staff and service support.

This is my 4th Honda from Yonkers Honda and even though there are dealers closer to my home, I only go here. I always feel like I am being dealt with honestly. I just picked up my new CRV earlier this week and they had exactly what I wanted. I always anticipate that getting a new car is going to be stressful but they go out of their way to make it all easy and positive. This time, Ron took great care of me - very polite and professional and things could not have gone more smoothly. Service is also always excellent - easy to deal with and always accommodating. Overall, Yonkers Honda is very professional and everyone is always very helpful all around.
