This agency said their fee to prepare taxes was $100. When I received my check they deducted a total of $410 plus bank fees totaling $87.00. At the time I did not have the prep fee so they were to deduct the $100 fee from my federal check. Instead they ripped me off. Beware they are currently moving to a new location so beware of Zuleika's income tax or Yonkers Group Service which is their legal name? I do not know anymore. However I'm positive I am not the only victim to these people.
