My favorite frozen yogurt place on the UES. they always have a good (but not overwhelming) selection of toppings, have never been horribly busy when I visit, and give discounts for MSKCC. There is next to no seating available here, but I typically want to eat mine elsewhere anyways.

This is 53 cents an ounce and 16 Handles down the road is 59 cents an ounce. Both are good places but these guys have a smaller variety of flavours and toppings and do not have non dairy like 16 Handles. They also do more fruit toppings where as 16 Handles has the chocolate sprinkles and more sugary treats including chocolate, Nutella sauce and the lot.
