I adore Yoga Haven! Betsy (owner) offers what seems like an unlimited schedule and variety of classes. I have never seen a studio offer something for everyone like this studio does! Whether you are a beginning or advanced practitioner, old or young, flexible or stiff, injured or not - the family at Yoga Haven will welcome you in with open arms and help you find the class and teacher that suits your needs best. The teachers are experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They all seem to truly care about their students and it shows in each and every class. I have never left a class at Yoga Haven disappointed and I always find myself coming back for more. Whether you are new to yoga or the area, or just trying something new - this is definitely the place to go!

I really love both studios. Tuckahoe and Scarsdale. Being a transplant to the area and a newly certified yoga instructor myself, it's refreshing to have the options, quality and diversity of classes and instructors available.
