The Yoga and Meditation Center is a must for any serious student of the practice. Susan and her staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. The space is peaceful, serene and conducive to a great experience. I recommend it highly!!

For over 25 years now, I have attended yoga classes at the center. Sometimes I'd stop for a while, then start up again. I have always gone back because it is a warm and welcoming community and the classes are perfect - any level or variation you desire, and the knowledegable, dedicated staff always bring new options and experiences to the table.

Susan and her staff are the best of the best. Please go here before you make any decision about where to learn and practice yoga . The Center for Yoga and Meditation of Montclair is the benchmark by which all other yoga centers are measured.
