Staff very friendly.

Only complaint is that there was a dead fruit fly in my friend's yogurt cup. Today 10/28/15 between 2p-4p I ate frozen yogurt with 2 friends. One of them had just weighed her yogurt then sat down. At the moment she noticed the fruit fly. She told the 1 person there and she said "I'm certain it's not from the machine. When the door opens the flies come in, I can't control if it landed on your cup. If you want you can get another cup of yogurt." The fly was dead, by the way, so I highly doubt it "just landed".

Poor wording on the lady. What happened to customer service? A better approach would be to say, "I'm sorry this happened to you, please I insist that you serve yourself another cup of yogurt. Let me dispose of your cup. Once again, I'm sorry."

Once we finished, I couldn't wait to leave. I'm not sure if I'll come back.

I love frozen yogurt this place had the best of them especially coffee with caramel and peanut butter yummy yummy in my tummy , I'm wondering when I'm going to bring this flavors back?
