This place is simply amazing. The instructors care about your mind and well as your body..Kate Davies has opened a phenonminal studio..This place is worth the trip no matter where you live in NYC -or if you are visiting!

Amazing! fantastic Yoga studio following the Bikram flow. I am totally inexperienced, but I felt empowered and comfortable in the serene and inviting space. I practiced with KATE, who is an amazing, inspiring, challenging, and warm teacher. I loved her Class!
