I signed up for the spa sally treatment and from the get-go it was Karen who helped me ... she explained the best method of transportation (because it was a weekend and the MTA can be weird)... She also did my treatment which was amazing! If you make an appt- you should ask for her-

I received the Anti-Cellulite Massage and Body Wrap "deal" from LivingSocial for $49. It was not worth it! I waited about 10-15 minutes to be serviced/acknowledged. My first impression of the room was that it was dingy & the sheets looked stained - anyway, I decided I would not let this ruin my experience. As the service began, the masseuse kept talking to me during & telling me the first treatment will not work. In order for it to work I need to buy at least 10 more sessions or try 3 more. Needless to say I was annoyed. It was helpful, however, for the masseuse to tell me what she was doing. Then after the session, the masseuse expected more than the tip I gave (she's lucky I gave any at all) ... then proceeded to say I need to pay the tax which was $4.28 (I gave her the exact amount). I wanted to get out of there as quickly as I can .. these are money hungry badgers. After all that, the masseuse must have told the "money collector" that she was unhappy with her tip. The money collector then began & TRIED to intimidate me to collect more tip & request to charge to my card. I stated I gave what I can for the service I received & no charge will happen. I politely & sternly stood my ground, said thank you and left. These people will never get my business again.

Awful massage, false advertising (they don't actually do a Raindrop - it's just a regular massage with cheap oils), owner very nasty, place is dirty. Shocked that they are in business. No reason to go here with so many great massages around.
