A wonderful shop, with very inviting & helpful people. I usually go there myself, but I had to place an order by phone recently & it was so carefully packaged and included a nice thank-you note with awesome soap sample. Yeyeo really walk the talk. They are truly about it.

My experience with the sales rep was most helpful..Addie went an extra mile to locate product i was looking for.. she was so helpful..couldnt ask for better customer service..i highly rate their business

After many years, I finally found a Botanica that makes me feel at home. Their staff is second to none and they are always willing to go above and beyond. They excel in so many areas such as guidance, knowledge, friendliness, customer service, location, price, and the variety of stock. You name it, and they have all! Love them!
