Sketchy and terrible. They do not do the laundry on site, and takes forever. None of the employees seem to know where it goes, and are annoyed/scandalized when an customer has the gall to ask. Of the many different answers I received, a (possible) manager told me the clothes get sent to a nameless laundry plant in Clifton. I've had to throw out clothing because it comes back itchy, and I'm sure the people at nameless laundry plant don't care at all about my clothes or the environment (They've rebranded as "Next Eco Laundry"). Definitely avoid.
