DROVE "DIRECTLY INTO" ON THE SIDEWALK MAKING AN "ILLEGAL" "U-TURN"

UPON COMPLAINING, HE STARTED TO BERATE ME AS A "CRAZY PERSON" SAYING "YOU'RE SICK" "YOU'RE SICK" WHEN CLEARLY HE WAS ON THE SIDEWALK IN BCB's DRIVEWAY

NOTE: I COMPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT AND HIS IS "STILL EMPLOYED" ALL THESE YEARS

AND RECENTLY, A WOMAN WITH BLACK HAIR about 5"6 (Who claimed she was a "manger") "BERATED" ME FOR LEAVING A SODA BOTTLE ON THEIR BENCH AS SHE WAS SOME SORT OF "TOUGH GUY"

(YOU CAN'T HAVE WOMEN IN "CUSTOMER SERVICE" OR "MANAGEMENT POSITIONS" - THEY JUST "GO CRAZY" WITH "POWER" AND THEY ARE "ALWAYS SLEEPING WITH THE BOSS")

UBER IS "GREAT" FOR SHORT TRIPS UNDER 20 MILES... USE THEM AND
NOT "THESE CRAZY DIRTBAG A-HOLES" WHO THINK THEY ARE "TOUGH GUY'S"

Didn't like anything. Didn't even drive without telling me I needed to pay first . Also went on turnpike and told me I needed to pay more for the toll after I already paid him. Worst experience ever.

Dispatcher was very rude and unprofessional . He said I would have to pay tolls when my ride doesn't even require tolls . He also told me that I can't tell the driver the way to take to get to my destination and the quickest route . He had the nerve to hang up on me while I was trying to explain how I was going to put money in his pocket . They are not good for business at all .

Whoever answers the phone is completely rude. You are better off taking Uber and it will be cheaper!

I called to ask a simple question "do you take credit cards?" and get a handful of attitude. EXCUSE ME? I'm sorry I even needed to know.
