- Terrible

I had two items that required special care and when they were finally ready to be picked up, a week late, the price they wanted was double what was established when I dropped them off. This was their mistake in not giving me the correct price to begin with, and they should inform people when the price changes before they do the work. But I ended up paying for that mistake since they would not let me go with the originally established price. (To be fair: they did compromise on the final price.) Normally things go smoothly at this place. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? I have lots of options and would have expected them to honor their agreement in order to keep my business.
