Joseph represented us in the purchase of a commercial co-op in Forest Hills, NY. He is thorough, knowledgeable and an absolute champion in protecting your rights. He "saved" the deal when the co-op board was being unreasonable in refusing to meet us for the customary interview. I highly recommend him. He will always be my first choice for legal representation.
