This review is base on customer quality. Old woman with attitude...I open the door and the first thing she says is not ”HELLO WELCOME” or at least hello...but ”what do u want” being humorous I wanted to say ”I want all ur money” but did not...the atmosphere inside is dingy and uneasy...only one woman working...still want to get my hair cut there just to see if they at least are good with bad attitude...Y.L. CHARM?? maybe the sign say it all ”Y Low Charm”?
