Good food,friendly staff,quiet atmosphere, the three things I enjoy when going to a place for a quick bite

his gym closes whenever they feel like it. And they wont post it on their website, their phone voicemail, or their entrance door. So you actually have to drive there for yourself to see if they are open or close.

Most of the staff is rude.

Best part you cant have gatorade with you while you workout. (gimme a break).

i have been with them for almost 3 years and there have been more than 15 times when I went to the gym and they are closed during normal operating hours.

I'm getting rid of my membership.

Bad hours, machines can be dirty, dumbells don't go over 80lbs.

Clean gym, terrible hours. Probably works great for those right in the business district. Management makes a lot of false promises (i.e. new classes are coming, later hours are coming, etc.) none of which have come to fruition since we were told this over a year ago. It's nice and quiet and the food in the cafe is good although it's rarely open these days. Once you purchase a membership, it's very difficult to catch up with the reps, trainers, and management once you buy-in. During the trial, they're excessively after you and making all sorts of promises regarding training sessions, etc. We're still waiting on our free training session. Overall, it's a clean fairly empty gym depending on when you go. Never have to wait for machines.

A very bad experience this health club. They closed the health club in Edison at Talmadge road and asked people there to come to the next town for the only club they wee keeping open. They never refunded any of the amount paid including the last month that was paid. The rude lady that called me told me that I have a 60 day notice period. Excuse me, I didn't leave you. You closed it. How is the 60 day notice applicable here. Just pure horrible customer service.
