I had these guys set up my home entertainment system, and though I had some minor complaints, overall they did a decent job. However, I had to buy a universal RF remote, and long story short it broke and there's no way to fix it if it's out of the 1 yr warranty. Best they'll do is give you 50% off a new one, but of course my model was no longer being made so it would cost $200 for the new one, which was what I paid for the original(which btw was a year and half old, no more)! But to even get that deal you need some username from when the remote is programmed. I was never given this by Xtreme and when I contacted them to ask for it, I was told it was a dealer username and nothing more. Repeated attempts to contact them were completely ignored. While the gear seemingly works ok (other than the easily-breakable remote), their customer service is terrible. Go somewhere else if you can.
