This company said my rate should be 0.10.... AND IT WAS FOR A LTTLE WHILE....and now its 0.15! On my actual PSEG bill it says my electric from PSEG should be $662.24...but my BILL WITH THE XOOM charges is now $828.00! Deceptive, sneaky and shady! DO NOT USE!!!!

I would have given them negative ratings...if it would have been here..Very horrible services and too much higher charges compared to PSEG services.. Would not recommend to any one ..Please do not sign up to ANY ACN or Zoom energy members..A total rip-off.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Example: The diference between Xoom Energy and PSE&G is $48 to $77 monthly.

Absolutely 100% HORRIBLE company. Deceptive advertising and as of February 2014, I paid 243% over PSE&G price apples to apples KWh to KWh. I signed up with a friend who works for AZN and I was paying $.11 a KWh with PSE&G, and AZN was $.14990 a KWh in January 2014, then jumped to $.25990 a KWh in February 2014! Why would anyone pay 243% over their standard supplier? They advertise "Great Rates"but it is UTTER nonsense. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE-PERIOD! Try calling to cancel, "heavy call volume" and on hold and hold, even on hold so long I thank GOD I have speakerphone. What a joke of a service-do yourself a favor and DO NOT SWITCH!
