XL Real Property is the most professional and responsive management firm I have ever worked with in my nine years in Real Estate. The team is run by a group of professionals that focus on customer service. Emails are answered in no time, calls are always taken and if not returned in a timely manner.
They have a unique ability to manage anything from a large mutli-family / commercial buildings to property management for individual condo apartments. I work with them on a professional basis and I have seen them put the same effort and care into every property they manage from large too small.
If you own a property in New York City and you are looking for a property manager look no further than these guys. Dylan and his team have been nothing but wonderful to work with. I am sure you will feel the same way.
