I have been training with Sifu Charles since 2001, when he wasn't even a Sifu, and let me tell you, he is the most dedicated and proficient teacher!! He seems to know just how hard to push so you don't lag behind, but neither do you give up 'cause it's too "difficult"...Knowledge-wise, he has so much "under his belt" thanks to his on-going training with Master Tak Wah Eng. To top it off, he has a Great style with the youngsters!! He is a decent, down-to-earth person. I am almost 2x his age, but I respect him as my Sifu, and am always happy to assist him in any endeavor,...

Sifu Charles Bingham is extremely proficient and charismatic. I had the good fortune of training with him for a few years when I lived in Staten Island. Sifu Bingham conducted classes in a way that was challenging yet properly paced for all participants. If you are looking for a great environment coupled with encouraging and effective instruction-for either yourself or your children-Xiaolin Martial Arts is the place to be!

I took a yoga class here once and it was super fun! Everyone here is very nice and welcoming and they didn't make me feel awkward or look at me funny because it was my first time and I was really weak. They motivated me and encouraged me and let me know that I can do it and I did!

This is a fantastic martial arts school for all ages. I am a senior and I love the Tai Chi class given in Tuesday's at 11am. You don't have to worry about not keeping up cause it is a friendly relaxed atmosphere and you work at your own speed! It's great to get some physical and mental activity to reduce stress and feel better! Love it!
