HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! DELIVERY DIDNT MAKE IT ON TIME... ARRANGEMENT LOOK ED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ADVERTISED!!! AND WHEN I CALL ED TO ASK WHERE THE FLOWERS WE'RE THEY HAD THE NERVE TO GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE...BY THE WAY MAKE SURE YOU SPEAK SPANISH, CAUSE EVERY ONE THERE PULLS THE I DONT SPEAKY THE ENGLISH CARD!!! NO SE...NO SE.... NO SE....THATS ALL YOU GET...UNLESS THEY COLLECT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO AND THEN THEY MIRACULOUSLY KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH FOR 10 SECONDS UNTIL YOU START ASKING THE QUESTIONS

Wish I could give it a NEGATIVE 5 stars. Customer service is horrible & prices are outrageously high. They had a dozen red roses for $120 on valentines day! Talk about price gouging.

Red Rose does all the flower arrangements for St. Jeromes church on Alexander Avenue in the Bronx. It transforms the Church into a magical place in honor of La Virgen de Guadalupe in December and every special occasion. They did the flower arrangements for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we were very pleased. They are cordial, professional and work with your budget. They made sure my parents day was extra special. I highly recommend them.
