Very dissatisfied with this company and my car. In October 2015 I purchased a use 2010 infinity. G37x. From the moment I brought this car I have been having problems. First started with air pressure sensor, took 4 tries to fix, then axle and hub bearings. Took car in had to pay 300 for that, guess what still same problem. Then check engine and now car is shutting off i am tired and I will never recommend this car dealer to any one. Shame on you njluxurymotors!!!

Fast and easy process, everyone was very helpful. Left the same day with the truck I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

Bought a 2009 Honda crv. Easy deal, nice mom and pop shop. Checked car out at mechanic and he said it was perfect. Will buy my next car from them and refer some friends and family. Bob

Price change as I called and hidden details like force to buy guarantee of $3000 and $890 low jack when buy cash. Not well treated

Pros;
Perception of making it look & Sound good about their dealership....

Cons;
They take your License & Personal info just for stepping on their property weather or not you buy the car.
They Sold the car which i visit them for and made the appointment with for.
They simply did not bother to call me and update me about it Which cost me 2 to 3 hours of trip for nothing.
When we showed interest in some other Vehicles beside the one which we originally went for(Which they already sold it), they were not even willing to talk or ready for negotiate.
I personally found this dealership a very nonprofessional.
I would not recommend them to anyone, just because they don't live up to their words.
