William at WR designs proved to be a business lifesaver. Our companies admittedly neglected website needed a major facelift. I put the project out to bid and selected what seemed a competent vendor (NOT WR Designs). 3 months and thousands of dollars later I felt that we had gone backwards. Our website was in horrible shape which was affecting our revenue and my frustration was peaked.

We were forced to cut our losses and start over. We were referred to William, and he immediately he had excellent ideas, better than what we envisioned. We went to contract at what proved to be a extremely reasonable price based on the quality of service (Twice what we were paying the fired vendor but immeasurable better value). Timeframes were provided and always met. The quality of work top notch. We had many questions throughout the process, and I don't believe we ever waited more than an hour for a thorough answer.

Bottom line, William and WR Designs get 5 stars for quality of service, speed of delivery, knowledge of web design and excellent level of communication. We continue to use their services for website maintenance and remain totally satisfied.

William is one of those quiet talents that when you discover them you're glad you did. Our company helps small businesses improve their marketing and grow and we utilize outside partners in web design and development, graphic design etc. We're quite picky with who we choose to work with and they have to comply with our very high standards and deadlines. William is talented, responsive but mostly importantly caring. He doesn't nickel-and-dime every aspect of what he does and quite often he goes above and beyond without being asked. Web developers are everywhere but finding this combination of professionalism and caring is quite rate.
