I visited the store yesterday to do my upgrades. Usually, most verizon rep is just eager to get on with getting contracts but they were very courteous and thoughtful about getting me a best plan. I definitely recommend this place.

I used to go to the WPI at Little Neck for over ten years, but over time, I grew more and more dissatisfied with the service there. Mr. Shin was very kind and helped me to upgrade my phone and grab accessories for very cheap. I highly recommended this location.

I do not know phones well. This location was very patient and friendly with me. They helped me setup new phone, email, password, and more. I highly recommend.

Great store! Incredibly friendly and they activated my device in minutes. Also they'll work with you on discounts. Highly recommend!

I have been there to change previous phone and buy new iPhone 6 plus. Here is the best store I have been ever! they are very friendly and awesome. It is located the end of the Korean bakery onto between Northern blvd and Springfield blvd. he is named Colin that explains specific their plans and phones enough. I recommend you guys. This is like 10 out of 10 stars!!
