The Tora Dojo is a wonderful balance of learning the physical and spiritual aspects of KYOKUSHIN! To find such an amazing art combined with an superb instruction is an opportunity not to miss. Shihan Sakataka, is a wonderful instructor for all levels. He takes pride in his instruction and his students. I felt right at home as soon as I entered the dojo for the first time and I have fully devoted myself to this school and form. OSU!

I have been going on and off for the last couple of years. Shihan Sakai is an excellent instructor. Regardless of the size of the class he has a way of teaching everyone at their own pace.
This class not only teaches you a Martial Art but it is a truly great workout! I lost 20 lbs during my first three months.
I also like the fact that the class has a full contact portion to it. You get to put what you learn to real use.
