TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I brought in my living room rug to be cleaned and he told me that it was going to take 2 weeks to clean. When I called to check to see if it was ready he did not understand the word "rug" and hung up on me twice telling me that I had to come into the store. SO RUDE! What business owner hangs up on their customers because they do not understand English.
