Washing: I used their service for wash and fold and lost several pairs of pants and shirts to shrinkage, overheating and random colors that appeared on my clothes and would not wash out. They refused to fix or replace any of the damaged items. I plan on filing a complaint against them with the BBB.
Dry Cleaning: Shirts routinely came back with over-pressed (ie, shiny) collars and cuffs, missing stays and degrade color.
Stay away from this place if you care about your clothes. Not worth it.
