When I mentioned to the import specialist that my shipment was coming from India, his tone changed. Not only was his customer service atrocious, he sounded like a racist. He said I was asking too many questions and hung up on me! When I called back and spoke to another agent, he told me I messed with the wrong person and that would not do business with me. This place needs to be sued for refusing service because of discriminatory practices!.
